RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

1. RETURN POLICY 

 

Sour Mélange prioritizes customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. 

 

To initiate the return process, please send an email to [email protected]. Only requests submitted to this email will be processed. 

 

Return Conditions: 

 

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories intact and tags attached. 

 

The product must be undamaged and in resalable condition. 

 

The invoice or proof of purchase must be included in the return package. 

 

Used, washed, or hygiene-sensitive products (such as lingerie, swimwear, or personal care items) cannot be returned. 

 

Promotional and gift items are subject to specific campaign conditions. 

 

Returned products will be inspected upon arrival. If the product meets our return policy conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Bank processing times may vary. 

 

Sour Mélange reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions and may return them to the customer.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

You can exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. The exchange process follows the same conditions as returns. 

 

Exchange Process:

Once approved, send the product back in compliance with the return conditions. 

 

After receiving the product, we will process the exchange within 7 business days. 

 

Important Notes: 

 

The requested exchange product must be available in stock. 

 

If the requested product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead. 

 

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges. 

 

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation process must follow the return procedure.
