SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery Time
Your orders will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the workload of the shipping companies and regional delivery times.
Domestic Delivery (Turkey): Your order will be delivered to your address within a maximum of 5 business days after being handed over to the courier.
International Delivery:
Express Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days.
Standard Shipping: May take up to 20 business days.
Order Status and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address and mobile phone. You can also track your order status in real time under the "My Account" section.
Shipping Carrier and Delivery Areas
Domestic orders within Turkey are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo. Deliveries cannot be made to military zones and certain restricted security areas. In locations where home delivery is not possible, your package will be directed to the nearest branch for pickup.
Important Notes for Delivery
Before accepting the package, inspect the outer packaging for any damages. If the package is damaged, do not accept it without a "Damage Report" from the courier.
In case of damaged delivery, contact the courier company and notify us immediately.
If you notice damage after receiving the package, you must report it to the courier company and us as soon as possible and have a report issued.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order contains an incorrect or missing item, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Please compare the received items with your invoice and notify the courier immediately in case of missing products.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any taxes and additional charges incurred during returns or exchanges are also the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges cannot be claimed from our brand.
Recipient Information and Address Changes
You can change the recipient name or delivery address before your order is shipped.
Identity verification is required at the time of delivery. Only the specified recipient can receive the order.
If No One is Available at the Delivery Address
If the courier cannot find anyone at the address, a "Delivery Notification Note" will be left, and your package will be taken to the nearest branch.
You must pick up your package within 3 days. Otherwise, the order will be returned to our warehouse and will automatically enter the return process.
Invoice Information
Orders are shipped with their official invoice attached.
The invoice is placed in a transparent pouch on the outside of the package.
If you do not receive your invoice, please remind the courier and insist on receiving it.
If your invoice is missing, report the issue to us with an official report, and we will send you a copy.
Important Reminders
No shipments are made on weekends.
During special occasions and sale periods, delivery times may be delayed.
Bad weather conditions or stock issues may delay shipping. In such cases, you will be informed.
