This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between: 

CEMRE KATI/SOUR GLOBAL TEXTILE , SOUR MÉLANGE(brand and web site), a company duly organized and existing under the laws of [TURKIYE], with its registered address at [BAHÇEŞEHİR 1. KISIM MAH. ASMALI CAD. NO:6/26B 34488 İSTANBUL] (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"). 

Buyer, a person or entity purchasing products from the Seller via the website [www.sourmelange.com] (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"). 

The Seller and Buyer shall collectively be referred to as the "Parties." 

By placing an order on the website, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement. 

ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT 

This Agreement determines the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the purchase and delivery of products sold by the Seller through the online store at [www.sourmelange.com]. 

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND PRICES 

The specifications, descriptions, and prices of the products are available on the website. 

The Seller reserves the right to update prices and product details without prior notice. 

Prices exclude taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees, which shall be borne by the Buyer. 

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERING AND PAYMENT 

The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete order details. 

Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods accepted by the Seller. 

The Seller is not responsible for delays or errors caused by payment providers. 

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

The Buyer is responsible for customs clearance and any applicable import duties. 

ARTICLE 5 – RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

ARTICLE 6 – BUYER'S REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

The Buyer acknowledges that prices exclude taxes and import duties. 

The Buyer agrees not to reproduce, copy, or distribute any product designs without authorization. 

ARTICLE 7 – SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS 

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards. 

The Seller reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion. 

The Seller retains full intellectual property rights over all designs, trademarks, and materials on the website. 

ARTICLE 8 – FORCE MAJEURE 

The Seller is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, and transportation disruptions. 

ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 

All content, images, designs, and trademarks on the website are the exclusive property of the Seller. 

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action. 

ARTICLE 10 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

ARTICLE 11 – MISCELLANEOUS
