Sour Mélange makes no express or implied undertaking or warranty that the Website will operate uninterrupted or error-free, be fit for a particular purpose, or be accessible at any time. Sour Mélange accepts no liability for technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or data losses that may occur during use of the Website.
The Website is entirely built on the İkas infrastructure and depends on this infrastructure. Sour Mélange is not responsible for any damages arising from security vulnerabilities, malware, data losses, or other technical issues that may result from the use of the İkas infrastructure or third-party services. Users agree to use such third-party services at their own risk and acknowledge that Sour Mélange has no liability due to any technical or security issues arising from such services.
These Terms of Use do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Indemnification
The user agrees to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Sour Mélange, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees, representatives, and suppliers against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, lawsuits, expenses, and attorneys’ fees arising from the following:

8. Sanctions and Legal Actions

The user agrees to compensate all damages arising in case of a violation. Sour Mélange reserves its legal rights for material and moral damages arising from such violations.
9. Termination of the Terms of Use
These Terms of Use may be terminated at any time by either the user or Sour Mélange for a justified reason or without stating any reason. Sour Mélange reserves the right to terminate the Terms of Use and cancel or suspend the user account without prior notice to the user.
In case of termination by Sour Mélange, the user will be notified via the registered email address. The user is responsible for ensuring that their email address remains up to date. If the user wishes to terminate the Terms of Use, the user may submit their request by sending an email to info@sourmelange.com.
After the termination process is completed, the user is obliged to destroy any content and information obtained from the Website, and Sour Mélange accepts no liability due to termination.
After the termination process is completed, the user will lose access to all content provided by Sour Mélange and agrees not to use such content. Except for legal or commercial records that the user is required to retain, any content or data determined by Sour Mélange may not be stored or shared. Sour Mélange reserves the right to retain certain user information after termination within the scope of applicable laws and legal obligations.
