RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Sour Mélange aims to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return your item within 14 days after receiving it.
To initiate the return process, you can start the return from your account via the “Return” button, or by sending an email to info@sourmelange.com.
Return Conditions

The product must be returned with all accessories, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and unused.

At Sour Mélange, we inspect each product individually and photograph it together with your invoice before sealing the package. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind when requesting a return for a damaged product. Otherwise, Sour Mélange reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, in line with consumer legislation, in accordance with the principle that “the seller is responsible for proving that the product is not defective.”

The product must be undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.

It is mandatory to include the invoice or proof of purchase in the return package.

Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, washed, or cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (for example, underwear, swimwear, bikini bottoms, and personal care products).

Returns of discounted/promotional items and gift-included orders are subject to the relevant campaign rules.

Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected and taken into the approval process. If the product complies with our return policy, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Depending on bank procedures, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary.

Sour Mélange reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the return conditions and may send such products back to the customer.

Sour Mélange is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged during the return process. The customer is responsible for the security of the shipment.
2. EXCHANGE POLICY
You may request an exchange within 14 days after receiving your order. The exchange process is subject to the same conditions as returns.
Exchange Process

Send your exchange request via email to info@sourmelange.com.

Once your request is approved, send the product to the specified address in accordance with the return conditions.

After the product reaches us, it will be inspected and the requested exchange item will be shipped within 7 business days.
Important Note

For your exchange request to be approved, the item to be exchanged must be in stock.

If the requested item is out of stock, the return process will be applied instead of an exchange.

All shipping fees that may arise during return and exchange processes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may cancel their orders before the order is shipped. To cancel your order, you may send an email to info@sourmelange.com or contact our customer service line for support.
If your order has already been shipped, the return procedure must be followed instead of cancellation.
For approved cancellation requests, your payment will be refunded within 7 business days. Depending on bank procedures, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary.

In return and exchange processes, the customer is responsible for all costs, including shipping and taxes.

During returns or exchanges, shipments must be made only with the specified shipping companies. The customer is responsible for shipments made with non-contracted/non-specified carriers.

Free returns or exchanges are only possible if an incorrect or defective product is delivered.
